A FEW months ago, Bollywood entertainment websites were abuzz with the news that former Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty was expecting a child, a rumour that was soon dismissed by the star. Now, she is on the way to motherhood and the news has been confirmed by none other than Shilpa herself, reports The Times of India.
Tweetos, “YES” an addition 2 r family is r confirmation 2 all queries :) We seek blessings from all in this very beautiful phase of our lives,” the actress posted on Twitter.
Shilpa left the film industry after her marriage to businessman Raj Kundra in 2009.
THOUGH many Bollywood actresses fade out of the limelight after marriage, fans are eager to see new mom Aishwarya Rai in more films. According to The Times of India, there were talks that filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be roping in the actress for his epic film, Bajirao Mastani.
It was also reported that Aishwarya has expressed an interest in the movie. However, shooting will most likely start in the second half of next year, giving ample time for the actress to care for her baby as well as get back into shape.
Shah Rukh Khan is expected to star opposite Aishwarya. This will be her fourth film with King Khan after Josh, Devdaas and Mohabbatein.
